- We’ve expanded our wastewater system and even purchased it outright from the LCRA – both legally complex issues that required a lot of time from our City Attorney and outside legal counsel.
- We launched an extensive legal effort to convince Water District 10 to upgrade its aging infrastructure to improve fire flows at every fire hydrant in the city.
- And, most of all, we’ve spent the past two years actively acquiring right-of-way for the Bee Cave Road expansion project – the most legally complex issue we’ve ever tackled.
